Royal Icing Ingredients
Rice flour, sweet cassava starch, potato starch, coconut milk powder, palm fat powder, bamboo fiber, gum acacia, inulin, polydextrose, citrus pectin, potato protein, stabilizer hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide and thickener guar gum.
Fondant Ingredients
Rice flour, sweet cassava starch, palm fat powder, gum acacia, guar gum, polydextrose, inulin, coconut milk powder, pectin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, thickener sodium carboxymethylcellulose and thickener xanthan gum.
Color: naturally colored with ingredients obtained from fruits, flowers and vegetables. Sources may vary according to color and batch and are declared on the label.
